Borussia Dortmund have strengthened their midfield ranks with the signing of Marcel Sabitzer from Bayern Munich on a loan deal until the end of the season. The Austrian international has joined the Black and Yellows after falling down the pecking order at the Allianz Arena.
Sabitzer Brings Experience and Quality to Dortmund
Sabitzer, 28, has been a key figure for Bayern Munich over the past two seasons, winning the Bundesliga title both times. He is a versatile midfielder who can play in several positions, including central midfield, attacking midfield, and on the wings.
His arrival at Dortmund will provide head coach Edin Terzic with much-needed depth and quality in midfield.
